时效硬化不锈钢中析出相的数值模拟和实验研究 被引量:3

摘要 利用Thermo-Calc模拟软件,采用数值计算与实验相结合的方法,对马氏体时效硬化不锈钢中析出相类型及其变化规律进行分析。研究表明,1 050℃固溶1 h后试样冷却至室温时,基体为马氏体组织,无第二相析出;时效处理后有ε-Cu相、Nb的碳化物、LAVES相、M_(23)C_6和逆变奥氏体形成;实验发现700℃条件下,随时效时间延长,实验观察到的析出相平均尺寸增加,由6.3 nm长大到42.9 nm;对应条件下,动力学计算得到的富铜析出相尺寸误差为15%,说明数值模拟计算可以作为析出相实验研究的一种辅助手段。 The type and change law of precipitates in martensite hardening stainless steel were studied through numerical simulation and experimental method. The thermodynamic and experimental results show that only martensites exist in the matrix after solution treatment at 1 050 ℃ for 1 h; ε-Cu phase, Nb carbide, LAVES phase, M23C6 and reverted austenite phase form after aging treatment. The size of e-Cu phase increases from 6.3 nm to 42.85 nm with the prolonge of aging time at 700 ℃. The size error of e-Cu phase obtained by the dynamic calculation is 15% under the corresponding conditions. It states that numerical simulation can be used as an assistant method during the experimental study of precipitation phase.
