双层带填料挡墙对中间包流场的影响 被引量:1

摘要 采用物理模拟的方法,研究了双层带填料挡墙对中间包流场的影响。用刺激-响应法测定不同实验方案下的RTD曲线,计算不同挡墙方案对中间包内钢液流通的影响。结果表明,使用未带填料的双层挡墙对应的整体平均停留时间比原用挡墙的长;五种带填料的双层挡墙方案,随着填料粒度的依次增加,整体平均停留时间随之增加;且随着填料粒度的增加,死区体积分数依次减小。 The effect of the double baffle with refractory fillers on flow field in tundish ws studied by physical simulation method. Stimulus-response method was used to test the RTD curves under different experimental schemes, and calculate the effect of different baffle schemes on the flow of molten steel in tundish. The results show that the overall average residence time of the flow in tundish with the double-baffle without refractory fillers is longer than that of the original baffle. It is also found that for the five cases of the double-baffle with refractory fillers, their overall average residence time increases in turn as the size of refractory fillers increases; and the volume fxaction of dead region becomes smaller in turn as the size of fractory fillers increases.
