摘要
通过均匀试验及多元线性回归分析法对修磨刀转速、修磨压力、修磨时间与修磨量的关系进行了系列研究。结果表明,修磨刀转速X_1、修磨压力X_2、修磨时间X_3等3个因素与修磨量Y的关系可以表示为Y=-0.24+6.95×10^(-5)X_1+1.23×10^(-4)X_2+0.05X_3,其影响显著性从大到小的顺序分别为:修磨时间、修磨压力和修磨刀转速,且其较优水平的组合为修磨刀转速225 r/min、修磨压力1 800 N、修磨时间2.5 s。
Unifoml experimental design and multivariate linear regression analysis method were used to investigate the relationship between recondition knife speed (X1), electrodes recondition pressure (X2), recondition time (X3) and amount of electrodes recondition (Y). The results indicate that the relationship between those factors and amount of electrodes recondition can be described as: Y=-0.24+6.95×10^-5X1+1.23×10^-4X2+0.05X3. And the significance that the effects of the three factors on amount of electrodes recondition is in the following order: recondition time 〉 electrodes recondition pressure 〉 recondition knife speed, and the optimal combination is the recondition knife speed of 225 r/min, the electrodes recondition pressure of 1 800 N and the recondition time of 2.5 s.
