摘要
强度校核是判断薄壁、承受内压的压力容器在允许/监控使用参数下及在安全阀整定压力下其壁厚是否满足安全要求的重要手段;同时也是在耐压试验压力下,判断压力容器薄膜应力是否满足要求的重要依据。本文总结了压力容器需要进行强度校核的五种情况,并给出了内压、薄壁金属压力容器的筒体、封头的计算厚度和计算压力的公式,同时介绍了强度校核时各参数的选取原则。
Strength verification is an important method to estimate whether the wall thickness of pressure vessel satisfy the safety requirements or under the permission/monitoring using parameters and the relief valve setting pressure. Also, it is an important evidence to estimate whether the membrane stress of pressure vessel satisfy the requirements under pressure test. The five kinds of situation in which pressure vessel need to do strength verification were summarized in this article, and the calculating thickness formula and calculating pressure formula of shell and head for internal pressure and thin-walled metal pressure vessel were given. At the same time, the parameters selection principle of strength verification was introduced.
