消费价值观变革促进企业低碳责任层次的提升

摘要 企业低碳责任发展主要经历被动响应社会低碳发展需要、满足消费者低碳产品需求、主动响应利益的相关者需要、实施企业低碳发展战略和培育企业低碳价值观五个层次,层次间存在递进关系。企业低碳责任发展层次的提升需要低碳消费群体规模及消费行为支撑相应的利润,这需要对消费价值观进行变革,实现从权利型、被动依附型消费价值观向责任型及主动参与型消费价值观发展,从而提升消费者对低碳产品的终极价值认同,降低低碳产品的感知风险,建立消费者对低碳供给者的信任关系。为此,提出以下策略建议:以消费价值观变革为目标开拓企业差异化发展路径、以消费价值观变革为动力创新企业服务模式、以消费价值观变革为基础构建企业低碳增值服务盈利模式、以消费价值观变革为导向完善政府监管调控方式。 Enterprise low carbon responsibility development experiences five levels: passively responding to society needs of low carbon, meeting consumersj demands of low carbon products, actively responding to stakeholder needs, implementing enterprise strategies for low carbon development and cultivating low carbon values. There is a progressive relationship among layers. Enterprise low carbon responsibility development requires the basis on the low carbon consumption group scale and the corresponding profits from consumption value, which needs to make the following change of consumption value from the right and passive consumption values to the responsible and actively participating consumption values, thus enhancing the value identification to low carbon product for consumer, reducing the perceived risk of low carbon products, and building trust relationship between consumer and supplier in the low carbon. Therefore, this paper puts forward some suggestions of accessing differential development paths with consumer value change as the target, renewing enterprise service innovation modes with consumer value change as the power, establishing low-carbon value-added service profit model with consumer value change as the basis, and improving government regulation mode with consumer value change as the guidance.
