战斗机机群载荷谱损伤分散系数确定方法 被引量:4

FATIGUE SCATTERING FACTOR FOR LOAD SPECTRA IN A FIGHTER FLEET

摘要 在战斗机结构的设计定型阶段,要综合考虑结构特性和机群载荷谱的分散性评定机群的安全寿命,为此,需要确定机群载荷谱分散系数。该文通过对文献中的73架F/A-18C飞机的计算寿命和74架F/A-18飞机使用损伤率数据进行统计分析,结果表明战斗类飞机机群载荷谱损伤可用对数正态分布描述。给出了机群载荷谱分散系数的定义,建立了确定机群载荷谱分散系数的两种方法,推导得到了载荷谱损伤分散系数的计算公式,计算给出了典型的载荷谱损伤分散系数取值,与经验值进行了对比分析。 In the design phase of an aircraft structure, the dispersion of structural and load spectra must be taken into account to evaluate the safe-life of a fleet. Thus it is critical to determine the load spectrum scatter factor. The distributions of 73 F/A-18 C aircrafts' design lives and 74 F/A-18 aircrafts' damage rates are analyzed, and the results show that the load spectrum damage of the fighter aircraft follows lognormal distribution. The definition of load spectrum scatter factor and two methods to estimate the load spectrum scatter factor are proposed. The formula for calculating load spectrum scatter factor is presented and the calculated values are compared with empirical values.
