海军试训蓝军体系建设与运用研究

Systematic Construction and Operation for Navy Test and Training Blue Force

为了满足海军战斗力生成模式转变和新型作战力量建设的需求,立足武器装备试验训练改革实践,系统分析了国内外假想敌部队的历史沿革、主要做法和经验启示,从现实需求、职能使命、愿景目标、投入重点、建设方式、能力要素、力量编成、指挥关系等方面提出海军试验训练蓝军体系建设的总体构想,探讨了运用方式定位、关键任务分解、战场环境构建、仿真推演设计、实施程序规划等试训蓝军运用模式,为海军试训蓝军体系建设与运用的顶层设计和创新研究提供理论支撑。

In order to meet naval combat power generation mode transferring and construction of new fighting force needs, basis on weapons and equipment test and training reform practice, the historical e- volution, main approaches, experience and inspiration of opposing force are systematically analyzed. The overall idea of systematic construction on navy test and training blue force is proposed, including reality needs, functional mission, vision goal, key inputting, construction way, ability factors, strength forma- tion, command relations and so on. The application model of test and training blue force is put forward, which refers to application method positioning, key task decomposition, battlefield environment construc- tion, simulation deduction designing, organization and implementation plan. The research provides theo- retical support for navy test and training blue force at top design and innovation research.
