简易负压封闭吸引治疗阑尾炎切口感染的效果分析

Effect analysis of simple vacuum seal drainage treating incision infection of appendicitis

目的分析简易负压封闭吸引治疗阑尾炎切口感染的效果。方法回顾分析常规处理法、简易负压封闭吸引法治疗阑尾炎切口感染的情况,比较无脓液时间、切口愈合时间、住院时间。结果简易负压封闭吸引法治疗阑尾炎切口感染时,无脓液时间、切口愈合时间、住院时间均短于常规处理法,前两者的差别有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论简易负压封闭吸引法有助于治疗阑尾炎切口感染,可以缩短愈合时间和住院时间,简便易行,疗效确切,治疗费用低,适宜基层医院广泛使用。

Objective To analyse the effects of simple vacuum seal drainage treating incision infection of appendicitis.Methods The conditions of incision infection of appendicitis treated by conventional treatment and simple vacuum seal drainage were analysed retrospectively.Time of no pus, incision healing and hospitalization were compared. The statistical significance was compared by analysing difference of two groups.Results Time of no pus, incision healing and hospitalization by simple vacuum seal drainage treating incision infection of appendicitis were less than conventional treatment, and the difference of two former groups had statistical significance.Conclusion Simple vacuum seal drainage is helpful to treat incision infection of appendicitis.It earl shorten time of incision healing and hospitalization.It is simple, accurate and reliable, and treatment cost is less.So simple vacuum seal drainage is suitable to extend and use in primary hospital.
