摘要
目的测定鲍曼不动杆菌蛋氨酸亚砜还原酶(Methionine sulfoxide reductase A,Msr A)蛋白的抗氧化活性。方法利用分光光度法测定Msr A蛋白的活性,并测定转基因和对照大肠杆菌在氧化胁迫下的存活率。结果 Msr A蛋白能够将L-Met O还原为Met,转Msr A基因的大肠杆菌存活率高于对照。结论鲍曼不动杆菌Msr A蛋白具有抗氧化功能。
Objective To detect the oxidant-resistant activity of Methionine sulfoxide reductase A protein from Acinetobacter baumannii. Methods The activity of MsrA protein was determined through spectrophotometric method. The survival rations of recombinant E.coli and control, under oxidative stress were measured.Results The MsrA protein has the ability to reduce L-MetO into Met.The expression of MsrA could increase the survival ratios of E.coli cells. Conclusion The A. baumannii MsrA exhibited anti-oxidative activity,which provide evidence for studying oxidative resistance mechanisms of A.banmannii.
