黄元御对消渴病的认识

消渴病最早见于《黄帝内经》,后世医家在《黄帝内经》的基础上对消渴病病因病机的认识不断发展,黄元御在对消渴病的认识过程中提出从肝论治消渴病的思想,认为消渴病的发生发展与肝密切相关,"肝失疏泄,气郁化火"、"胆胃气逆,风火合邪"皆为消渴病的病因病机,据此在用药方面偏于从肝入手,力倡疏肝柔肝,善于化脾土之湿气,疏肝胆之郁气,脾之湿气得化,则肝气顺畅,其论治思想对后人防治消渴病有着重要的临床意义。
