摘要
成纤维细胞作为穴区主要的感受性细胞和效应性细胞,在接受针刺的机械刺激后其细胞形态结构、周长和横截面积等均会发生规律性改变。同时机械力刺激还能促进成纤维细胞增殖、相关生长因子的合成与释放及细胞骨架重构等,这一系列变化的发生可能与力学效应激活成纤维细胞膜上的整合素和MAPK信号传导通路有关,从而导致机械力作用向生物化学信号的转换,由此推断成纤维细胞的改变在针刺的力传导途径中具有重要的研究意义。
As the main receptor and effector cell of acupoint, the fibroblasts which stimulated by acupunture and some mechanical force will change in cellular forms, perimeter and cross-sectional area regularly. Acupuncture action is a kind of mechanical force, and the mechanical Strains can promote fibroblasts proliferation, compound and release some growth factors,even refactor cytoskeleton. This series of changes may be associated to the mechanical effect, and the integrin and MAPK signal transduction pathway of the fibroblasts can be actived by mechanical force. Thereby, this process results in mechanical force transform to biological chemical signals. It can be concluded that the change of the fibroblastse has important research significance in acupunture force signal transfer pathway.
