摘要
大学因师生的生存与发展而产生,师生的生存与发展是大学的逻辑起点。在大学发展的各个阶段,大学及其师生的各种异化不可避免。由于不断提升本质力量的诉求,大学师生必须主动摆脱困境与异化,通过扬弃实现自我超越。大学为了克服异化,实现回到"人"及其发展,也总是在演进过程中不断自身扬弃:在文艺复兴以及宗教改革运动中,大学批判宗教神学对"人"的束缚,实现了第一次重要的自身扬弃;现代大学不断批判科学主义取向的人才培养模式及技术理性取向的教师评价制度,正在进行又一次重要的自身扬弃。
The logical starting point of university is the survival and development of facuhy and students. The aliena- tion of university and its faculty and students are inevitable at different developmental stages of human society. Due to the constantly demands of improving the essential power of faculty and students, they have to sublate their alienation and realize their self-transcendence. In order to overcome the alienation, to achieve the return to the "human-being" and its development, and always in the evolution of the process of their own sublation. During the Renaissance and Reformation, the university criticized the religious theology of "human-being" tied, The modern university has been criticizing the scientist orientation of the personnel training model and technical rational orientation of the teacher eval- uation system, is the second important self-abandonment.
