摘要
为了支持学生自主学习和促进自身专业发展,教师必须养成和提高其学习素养。作为专业实践的基础,教师学习素养包括学习科学、问题解决、知识建构、学习方法和学习组织等方面内容,其形成和发展是一个从知识性学习经由应用性体验到习惯性行动的过程。为了加速提升其学习素养,教师要积极地进行自身学习的分析,并与学生和其他教师努力构建学习共同体。
In order to understand student learning and promote teachers' professional development, teachers must de- velop and improve their learning literacy. As a professional basis, teachers' learning literacy, includes learning sci- ence, learning methods, knowledge construction and learning organization and so on. The formation and development of learning literary is a process of leanfing from knowledge which is from practical experience to habitual action. In or- der to accelerate the realization of learning literacy, teachers should also actively carry out their own learning analy- sis, and working with students and other teachers together to build a learning community.
