摘要
基于利益相关者理论的教师资格考试改革是考试政策与考试改革利益相关者之间相互适应、协调发展的过程;改革后的教师资格全国统考,其政策本身以及与考试改革的利益相关者之间还存在一定的不协调;通过完善教师资格考试政策、推进地方师范院校改革、规范社会培训机构运作促进教师资格考试改革的落实。
Based on the theory of stakeholder, the reform of Teacher Qualification Examination is a process of mutual adaptation and harmonious development between the policy and stakeholders of the examination. There are some dis- cordances between the policy itself and stakeholders after the reform of National Teacher Qualification Examination. Therefore, the implementation of the reform can be promoted by improving the policy of Teacher Qualification Exami- nation, propelling the reform of local normal colleges and schools, and standardizing the operation of social training in- stitutions.
