摘要
以分布在11个省市的27所高等师范院校的6624名师范生作为研究对象,对师范生的教育效能感特征进行调查与分析。结果表明:(1)师范生存在相对积极的教育效能感,但仍有较大的提升与发展空间;(2)师范生的教育效能感存在极其显著的性别差异,女生高于男生;(3)不同类型师范院校师范生的教育效能感存在极其显著性差异;(4)对学习成绩的归因方式会影响师范生的教育效能感;(5)师范生的教育效能感与其学习态度、学习动机和对教师职业的认同存在极其显著相关,但与其自我效能感不存在明显相关,需要专门培养与发展。
With subjects of 6624 students in 27 teacher colleges from 11 provinces or cities in China, this study inves- tigated the general teaching efficacy of students' in teacher education programs. The results indicated that : ( 1 ) students in teacher education programs had relatively positive sense of teaching efficacy, but with big space to further develop ; (2) the teaching efficacy of female students in teacher education programs was significantly higher than that of male students ; (3) the teaching efficacy of students in teacher education programs in different category of teacher colleges was significantly different; (4) the attribution of academic achievement had significant impact on teaching ef- ficacy of students in teacher education programs ; (5) the teaching efficacy of students in teacher education programs was significantly correlated with their learning attitude, learning motivation, and their recognition of teacher career, but not correlated with their self-efficacy, indicating teaching efficacy of students in teacher education programs should be trained in a specific way.
