康复护理依从性与脊髓损伤患者心理特征的关系探讨

Relationship between the compliance of rehabilitation nursing and the psychological characteristics of patients with spinal cord injury

目的探讨康复护理依从性与脊髓损伤患者心理特征之间的关系。方法选取49例脊髓损伤患者作为研究对象,通过调查问卷等方式了解康复护理依从性与其心理特征之间的关系。结果患者的依从性和焦虑抑郁评分呈负相关,应对方式中,面对者与依从性有明显的正相关。结论通过调整患者的心态,缓解心理压力,能有效提高脊髓损伤患者的康复护理依从性。

Objective To discuss the relationship between the compliance of rehabilitation nursing and the psychological characteristics of patients with spinal cord injury.Methods 49 cases of spinal cord injury were selected as the research objects.investigated the relationship between the compliance of rehabilitation nursing and the psychological of patients by questionnaire and so on.Results Patient compliance and anxiety and depression scores were negatively correlated,coping style,and there was a significant positive correlation between the face and the compliance.Conclusion By improving the patient＇s psychological situation,adjust the patients mental state,alleviate the pressure,can effectively improve the patients compliance.
