摘要
采用半球凹坑单元构思光滑-非光滑交错分布的非光滑表面配流盘,通过CFD研究凹坑等分数(Nf)、直径(d)以及坑径比(З)对配流盘的水膜压力场、凹坑中速度场及举升力的影响。研究结果显示,非光滑表面可以产生动压效应,从而改善配流盘的润滑性能。当Nf=12,d=0.5 mm,З=0.7时,配流盘的润滑水膜所产生的举升力最大,效果最优。为高压海水轴向柱塞泵配流盘的非光滑表面设计提供了理论参考。
A port plate with non-smooth surface is characterized by the alternate distribution of smooth area with semi-sphere pits and non-smooth area is established. The computation fluid dynamics (CFD) simulations on the water film between the port plate pairs are present. The variations of the pressure and velocity distributions, lift force on the sliding surface with the diameter (d) of the pit, the number (Nf) of the smooth and the non-smooth areas and space ratio (3) are obtained. The research result show that, the existence of the pit which can produce the dynamic effect are the main reason of the lubrication improve. When Nf, d and 3 are 12, 0.5 mm and 0.7 respectively, the largest lift force and the best lubrication performance can be obtained. In this research, the numeri- cal simulation can theoretically guide the design of the port plate in the high pressure seawater axial piston pump.
