还原型谷胱甘肽联合丹参注射液治疗酒精性肝病失代偿期肝硬化患者的临床观察

C linical Effect Analysis of Reduced Glutathione with Salviae in Treatment of Decompensated Cirrhotic Patients with Alcoholic Liver Disease

目的观察还原型谷胱甘肽联合丹参注射液治疗酒精性肝病的失代偿期肝硬化患者的临床疗效。方法将126例患者按随机数字表法分为3组,各42例;对照组给予常规治疗;还原型谷胱甘肽组给予常规治疗加还原型谷胱甘肽;联合治疗组给予常规治疗加还原型谷胱甘肽加丹参注射液;观察各组患者治疗前后临床疗效、肝功能指标、肝纤维化指标的变化。结果联合治疗组总有效率为90.48%,明显高于对照组的66.67%及还原型谷胱甘肽组的76.19%;各组患者肝功能指标、血清肝纤维化指标较治疗前均有不同程度下降,以联合治疗组下降最明显(P<0.05)。结论还原型谷胱甘肽联合丹参注射液治疗酒精性肝病的失代偿期肝硬化患者能够提高临床疗效,明显改善肝功能及肝纤维化程度,具有协同作用。

Objective： To investigate the clinical effect of reduced glutathione with Salviae in treatment of decompensated cirrhotic patients with alcoholic liver disease. Methods： 126 patients were randomly divided into 3groups;42 cases in control group,treated with conventional therapy;reduced glutathione group of 42 cases,treated with conventional therapy and reduced glutathione;combined treatment group of 42 cases,treated with conventional therapy,reduced glutathione and salvia. Clinical efficacy,liver function,and liver fibrosis were observed before and after treatment in patients. Results： The effective rate of the control group was 66.67%,the effective rate of the reduced glutathione group was 76.19%,and the effective rate of the combined treatment group was 90.48%.Liver function,serum fibrosis markers of the 3 groups of patients had different levels of decrease after treatment,with the most significant reduction in the combined treatment group. The difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Reduced glutathione with Salviae in treatment of decompensated cirrhotic patients with alcoholic liver disease can improve the clinical efficacy,significantly improve liver function and liver fibrosis in patients,has a synergistic effect.
