补肾填精方联合后路椎间融合术治疗椎间盘源性下腰痛临床观察

Clinical Observation on Lumbar Intervertebral Disc Source Low Back Pain Treated by the Combination of the Bushen Tianjing Recipe and the Posterior Lumbar Interbody Fusion

目的观察补肾填方口服联合后路椎间融合术治疗椎间盘源性下腰痛的临床疗效。方法选取洛阳正骨医院脊柱外科诊疗中心收治的椎间盘源性下腰痛患者并行椎间融合术60例做为研究对象,所有患者按照随机数字表法分为治疗组和对照组,各30例。对照组患者行后路椎间融合术治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上给予补肾填精方口服治疗。结果治疗结束后,治疗组总有效率为93.33%,明显高于对照组的73.33%(P<0.05);两组治疗后视觉模拟量表(VAS)及Osuenstoy评分均明显改善(P<0.05),治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论补肾填精方口服联合后路椎间融合术治疗方案较后路椎间融合术治疗方案能更好地改善椎间盘源性下腰痛。

Objective： To observe the clinical efficacy of Bushen Tianjing recipe combined with posterior lumbar interbody fusion in the treatment of discogenic low back pain. Methods： 60 cases of discogenic low back pain from Luoyang Orthopedic Traumatological Hospital were selected and divided into the treatment group and the control group according to the random number table method and each group had 30 cases. Patients in the control group were treated with posterior lumbar interbody fusion,and the treatment group received additional oral Chinese medicine. Results： The total effective rate of the treatment group was 93.33%,and the total effective rate of the control group was 73.33%. The treatment group was significantly better than the control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion： Oral administration of Bushen Tianjing recipe combined with the treatment of posterior lumbar interbody fusion has good curative effect for the treatment of lumbar intervertebral disc source low back pain.
