岗藿抗感汤抗流感病毒作用及其对Th1/Th2平衡的影响 被引量:3

Study on the Effect of Gang Huo Anti Sense Soup and its Influence on Th1/Th2 Balance of Anti-influenza Virus

摘要 目的观察岗藿抗感汤对流感患者的临床疗效及其对流感患者免疫功能的影响。方法选择流感患者60例,按随机数字表法分为治疗组与对照组,各30例,对照组予磷酸奥司他韦治疗,治疗组予岗藿抗感汤口服,连续治疗5 d,观察治疗前后症状、外周血IFN-γ、IL-4、Th1/Th2(IFN-γ/IL-4)细胞比值的变化。结果岗藿抗感汤组可缩短患者退热时间,改善其感冒症状,降低增高的IFN-γ及IFN-γ/IL-4比值(P<0.05)。结论岗藿抗感汤能有效控制流感患者症状,缩短退热时间,同时具有抑制流感病毒Th1细胞亚群优势反应的作用,逆转Th1/Th2的失衡,减少机体的免疫炎症损伤,清除病原体。 Objective: To observe the clinical curative effect of Gang Huo anti sense soup to treat influenza and the influence of Chinese medicine on the immune function of patients with influenza. Methods: 60 patients with influenza were selected and then randomly divide into Gang Huo anti sense soup group of 30 cases and oseltamivir phosphate capsules group of 30 cases(kewei). Two groups were administered continuously for 5 days and the scores of symptoms in patients with influenza before and after treatment were recorded and the expression of IFN-γ,IL-4 and cell ratio of Th1/Th2(IFN-γ/IL-4) in peripheral blood of patients were observed. Results: Gang Huo anti sense soup group could shorten time to bring down a fever of patients,and improved the flu symptoms,and decreased the elevated IFN-γ and IFN-γ/IL-4 ratio(P〈0.05). Conclusion: Gang Huo anti sense soup can effectively control the flu symptoms,and shorten time to bring down a fever of patients. At the same time it can inhibit Th1 lymphocyte subsets dominant reaction of the influenza virus and reverse Thl/Th2 imbalance,and reduce the body's immune inflammatory lesions,then remove pathogens.
