参附注射液对急性左心衰(心肾阳虚证)患者血流动力学指标的影响

Effect of Shenfu Injection on Hemodynamics of Heart Kidney Deficiency of Yang Patients with Acute Left Heart Failure

目的观察参附注射液对急性左心衰(心肾阳虚证)患者血流动力学指标的影响。方法将患者60例按随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,各30例。对照组给予西医常规治疗。观察组在西医治疗基础上使用参附注射液。两组患者疗程均为3 d。监测两组患者治疗前后的无创血流动力学指标。结果治疗后两组患者的无创血流动力学指标均有改善,且观察组优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论参附注射液可以显著改善心功能,改善血流动力学指标。对急性左心衰患者的治疗具有一定的参考价值。

Objective： To observe the effect of Shenfu injection on hemodynamics of heart kidney deficiency of yang patients with acute left heart failure. Methods： 60 patients were included in the study and randomly divided into two groups,30 cases in observation group using Shenfu injection and 30 cases in control group. The patients in the control group were given conventional bed rest,oxygen inhalation,low-salt diet,sedative,bronchus spasmolysant,diuretic,vasodilators,cardiac stimulants etc. On the basis,the patients in the observation group were given additional Shenfu injection（100 m L）＋0.9% sodium chloride（100 m L）,ivgtt,Qd. Three-day treatment was regarded as one course in both groups. Noninvasive hemodynamic indexes in the two groups were detected. Results： Noninvasive hemodynamic indexes after treatment in the two groups were improved,and the improved degree in the observation group was significantly superior to that in the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Shenfu injection can significantly improve the cardiac function,improve noninvasive hemodynamic indexes. It has certain reference value for the treatment of acute left heart failure.
