摘要
本文阐述了新型聚氨酯乳液原油破乳剂的合成方法。该破乳剂是由聚丁二醇(PTMG),PO-EO-嵌段共聚物、α、α-双羟甲基丙酸(DHMPA)和甲苯二异氰酸酯(T/D/I)加成聚合得到的,经过乳化制成乳液。破乳实验表明它具有优良的破乳性能。
The synthetic metheel of polyurethane petroleum breaking emulsion agents was desicribed in this paper. It is obtained by addition polymerigition of polytetramethylene glycol( PTMG), PO -EO - blokecopolymer, alpha, alphadimethylopropinic acid (DHMPA)and toluene disocuamate (T. D. I). Then the emulsion was produced by amulsification. Experiments of breaking emulsion showed that the emulsion have superior property.
