摘要
合成氨工业废水具有COD(化学需氧量)低、氨氮浓度高、废水成分复杂等特点。处理此类低碳高氨氮废水一直是大家关注的焦点。结合此类特点,文章介绍了物化处理法、化学氧化法、化学沉淀法以及生物处理法的原理及其应用情况。通过对合成氨工业废水处理技术的深入分析,指出可以高效脱氮并从废水中回收氮的超声吹脱法、PP(聚丙烯)中空纤维膜法、MAP(磷酸铵镁)沉淀法等方法具有重要的应用推广价值是未来合成氨工业废水资源化处理的重要发展方向。
Combined with the characteristics of industrial wastewater ammonia, introduced the principle and research applications of all kinds of chemical and physical, chemical and biological treatment methods. Through in - depth analysis of synthetic ammonia wastewater treatment technology, point that the treatment of ultrasonic stripping, PP hollow fiber membrane, magnesium ammonium phosphate (MAP) precipitation method, etc. can not only get a higher nitrogen efficiency but also can recover ammonia in wastewater, so it will be an important development direction of synthetic ammonia wastewater resources in future.
