电感耦合等离子体发射光谱法测定野生榛蘑中铝元素的含量

摘要 实验采用了电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱法对野生榛蘑中Al元素的含量进行了测定。野生榛蘑湿法的相对标准偏差为3.85%,野生榛蘑灰化法的相对标准偏差为1.71%,表明两种方法的精密度较高。野生榛蘑湿法回收率为101.3%,野生榛蘑灰化法回收率为94.8%,表明方法准确可靠。对两种方法进行了t检验,结果表明两种方法没有显著性差异,方法准确可靠。 This article using inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry to determine content of aluminum element in wild mushroom. The relative standard deviation in wet method was 3.85%. The relative standard deviation in ashing method was 1.71%. The average recoveries in wet method was 101.3% The average recoveries in ashing method was 94.8% The two methods were tested by t test. The results showed that there was no significant difference between the two methods. The method was accurate and reliable.
