摘要
本文建立了电感耦合等离子体发射光谱法测定药渣中砷和镉的方法。主要考察了分析线选择、校准曲线及检出限、精密度、加标回收率等指标。研究结果显示,该法精密度为0.21%~0.27%,加标回收率为98.6%~99.7%,砷、镉的测定结果分别与银盐法、原子吸收分光光度计测定结果基本一致,满足实验分析要求。
This paper established a method for the determination of arsenic, cadmium in dregs of a decoction by inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry. The main effects of line selection, the calibration curve and the detection limit, precision and recovery rate. The research results show that the precision is 0.21% - 0.27% , the recovery is 98.6% - 99.7% , and the determination results accords with Silver salt method and atomic absorption spectrometry results, meeting the experimental requirements analysis.
