摘要 本文通过试验研究了由碳酸钠(Na_2CO_3)、乙二胺四乙酸(EDTA)、乙二胺四乙酸二钠(EDTA-2Na)组成的混合吸收剂对烟气的脱硫性能。试验表明,在混合吸收剂中加入乙二胺四乙酸和乙二胺四乙酸二钠,能增强液相碳酸钠吸收SO2的活性,进而提高其对烟气中SO2的吸收率。当EDTA和EDTA-2Na占混合剂质量比例超过10%时,增强作用不再明显。而且只有EDTA和EDTA-2Na接近等物质的量比时,混合吸收剂才有最好的脱硫效果,因为促进脱硫效果起主要作用的是乙二胺四乙酸二钠与乙二胺四乙酸在混合剂溶液中形成酸碱共轭体系。 The flue gas ethylenediaminetetraacet desulfurization performance of the mixed absorbent composed of sodium carbonate (Na2CO3 ), c acid (EDTA) and disodium ethylenediamine tetraacetate (EDTA -2Na) was studied by experiments. The results show that the addition of EDTA and EDTA - 2Na in the mixed absorbent can enhance the activity of liquid sodium carbonate absorbing SO2,and increase the absorption rate of SO2 in flue gas. When the mass ratio of EDTA and EDTA - 2Na accounted for more than 10% in the mixture, the promoting effect was no longer significant. And only EDTA and EDTA - 2Na close to the equimolar ratio, the mixed absorbent has the best desulfurization effect, because the main effect of promoting the desulfurization effect is EDTA -2Na and EDTA in the mixture solution forming acid -base conjugate system.
