摘要
目前,合成制药废水污染问题已相当严重。本实验采用ABR-SBR组合反应器对合成制药废水进行处理,考察了组合反应器处理合成制药废水的可行性和最佳运行条件。结果表明:在ABR的水力停留时间为9 h,SBR的曝气时间为12 h的条件下,系统的处理效果最佳;污泥培养期,化学需氧量(COD)去除率最终稳定在95%左右,污泥培养成熟;含25%合成制药废水的污泥驯化期,COD浓度的平均值从711.6 mg/L降为45.9 mg/L;含50%合成制药废水的污泥驯化期,ABR出水的COD去除率最终仅稳定在26%左右,合成制药废水的生物抑制性明显;在整个工艺的运行期间,出水COD可以达到国家环境保护标准(GB 21904-2008)的要求。
At present, synthesis of pharmaceutical wastewater contamination has been very severe. Anaerobic baffled reactor (ABR) followed by sequencing batch reactor(SBR) was used to treat synthesis of pharmaceutical wastewater. The feasibility of treatment of synthesis of pharmaceutical wastewater and the best operating conditions were investigated. The experimental results show that the best treatment effect under HRT of 9 h in ABR and aeration time of 12 h in SBR. Sludge incubation period,finally, COD removal rate reached 95%, sludge incubation was mature. Sludge domestication period containing 25% synthesis of pharmaceutical wastewater, the average of COD was reduced from 711.6 mg/L to 45.9 mg/L. Sludge domestication period containing 50% synthesis of pharmaceutical wastewater, finally, ABR effluent COD removal rate only was 26%, inhibition of microorganism was very obvious for synthesis of pharmaceutical wastewater. During the process operation, the concentration of COD can meet the requirements of The State Environmental Protection Standards( GB21904 -2008).
