焦炉烟道尾气的净化实践

摘要 焦炉炼焦过程中因煤气在燃烧室中燃烧获得热量,废气由烟道经烟囱未经处理直接外排,如何降低尾气中SO_2展开工艺研究,经过实验室研究和工业试验论证工作,并对前期的试验进行了全面工业运行,经过一年多的在线运行,在线SO_2排放基本控制在50 mg/标准m^3以下,促进可持续发展,其技术在环境环保中具有借鉴意义。 The gas combustion in the combustion chamber to obtain heat due to coke oven coking process, waste gas by flue chimney by direct discharge of untreated, how to reduce the exhaust of SO2 expansion process research,through laboratory research and industrial experiment demonstration, and preliminary tests conducted a comprehensive industrial operation, through online running more than a year, online the basic SO2 emission control in the following 50 mg/ cubic meter standard, to promote sustainable development, the technology is of great significance in environmental protection.
