摘要
提出了用电渗析膜分离技术深度处理甘氨酸生产废水,降低废水中的盐分、氨氮及COD含量,使废水达标排放。结果表明:废水中氯化钠含量、氨氮含量和COD含量分别可可降低至0.1%、1.00×10^(-4)以下和1.00×10^(-3)以下,处理效果显著,可满足工业化生产。
This theis describes a new technology of treating glycine wastewater by electrodialysis technology. Electrodialysis technology treating alkaline wastewater can reduce the contents of salinity, ammonia nitrogen and chemical oxygen damand in the wastewater in order to let the wastewater up to national discharge standard. Af the experiment of electrodialysis, the content of sodium chloride, ammonia nitrogen and chemical oxygen damand can drop to under 0.1 pecent, under 100 parts per million and 1000 parts per million respectively. Results of our experiments are satisfactory and electrodialysis technology in treating glycine wastewater holds strong promise for further devoiopment.
