摘要 针对电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱仪(ICP光谱仪)在波长213.617nm测定生铁中磷时,铜谱线(213.599nm)对其有很强的干扰,介绍实施的在含铁基的磷标准溶液中加入定量浓度的铜标准溶液作为建模溶液,采用多谱拟合技术扣除铜对磷的干扰影响的实践及其效果。 During the determinatin of P in the pig iron by the inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry (ICP spectrometer) at the wavelength of 213.617 nm, P was strongly interfered by the copper spec- trum (213.599 nm). The quantitative concentration of copper standard solution was added into the iron-based phosphorus standard solution which was took as a modeling solution, the practice and its effects of using mul- ti-spectral fitting technology to deduce the effect of copper on the interference of phosphorus were introduced.
