摘要
功率放大器作为现代无线通信系统中最重要的部件之一,其效率的高低直接决定了系统运行的成本和可靠性,因此受到越来越广泛的关注。UHF波段大功率固态发射机技术,一直是工业界发展的焦点。因此,根据平衡推挽放大器的工作原理,采用大功率LDMOS宽带晶体管,利用传输线变压器宽带匹配、3 d B巴伦功率合成等技术,研制出一款输出功率大于300 W的UHF波段固态功率放大器组件,组件的PAE(功率附加效率)大于40%,增益大于50 d B。
As one of the most important components in modern wireless communication systems, power amplifier directly determines the operating cost and reliability of the system, and its efficiency attracts more and more widespread attention.Technology of UHF band high power solid state transmitter is always the focus of the industrial development. According to the working principle of balanced push-pull amplifier, with high power LDMOS wide band transistor, an UHF band solid state power amplifier module with an output power of more than 300 watts is developed, by using transmission line transformer for broadband matching, and 3 dB Balun for power synthesis,and the power-added efficiency is better than 40%,and the gain more than 50 dB.
