摘要
利用ABAQUS有限元软件对三辊和四辊连轧工艺生产极限薄壁规格荒管的过程进行了模拟仿真分析,并用Mc Clintock准则对仿真结果进行了对比验证。结果表明:在同样的变形条件下,与三辊连轧工艺相比,采用四辊连轧工艺不容易发生延性断裂;在三辊连轧工艺可生产荒管极限D/S为51的前提下,四辊连轧新工艺生产荒管极限D/S可达到60。
With the ABAQUS FE software, analog simulation analyses are conducted to the rolling of the limit- sized light-wall pipes with the 3-roll and 4-roll mandrel mill processes. And the simulation result is comparatively verified with Code McClintock. As a result, it is identified that under the same deformation conditions, and compared with the 3-roll mandrel mill process, ductile fracture is rare to occur when adapting the 4-roll mandrel mill process; and that given the pipe limit D/S is 51 in case of using the 3-roll mandrel mill process, the new 4-roll mandrel mill process is capable of producing pipes with D/S up to 60.
