摘要
介绍了冶金复合钢管与机械贴合钢管的本质差异及其发展态势;探讨了内壁直接堆焊CRA复合钢管方法在发展中存在的问题;提出了优化复合或贴合钢管焊缝质量的方法,以及确保贴合钢管制造和应用质量的方法;对比分析了国内外复合钢板(管)热处理标准的差异,讨论了复合钢板的键合质量检验方法及其标准;简要讨论了复合钢管的选材依据。
Elaborated here in the paper are the essential difference between the metallurgically-clad steel pipe and the mechanically-lined steel pipe, and the development situations thereof. Also discussed are the problems as staying with application of the CRA clad pipe process in the development. Further proposed are the method for optimization of weld quality of the clad pipe or the lined pipe, and the methods for assuring of the manufacture and application quality of the lined steel pipe. Comparatively analyzed are differences between applicable foreign and domestic standards for heat treatment of the clad steel plate (pipe). And finally discussed are the method and standard for inspection of the bonding quality of the clad steel plate, and the basis for determining material of the clad steel pipe.
