我国对中亚地区油气资源投资的风险研究

Risk Research on China 's Investment in Oil and Gas Resources in Central Asia

在分析了我国对中亚地区油气资源投资所面临的具体风险的基础上,利用模糊综合评价法和专家打分法确定了不同风险的权重,构建了我国对中亚地区油气资源投资的风险评价指标体系,然后利用风险指标体系对我国投资于中亚地区油气资源的风险进行了综合评价,最后提出了我国石油企业规避中亚地区油气资源投资风险的具体建议。

Based on the analysis on the specific risks of China＇s oil and gas resources investment in Central Asia, the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method and the expert scoring method were used to determine the weights of different risks, and then the Index system that evaluated the investment risk of China＇s oil and gas re- sources in Central Asia was constructed. Next, the comprehensive assessment on the risks of China＇s oil and gas resources investment in Central Asia was carried out according to the risk index system. Finally, some concrete suggestions were offered to China Petroleum Companies so as to avoid investment risks of oil and gas resources in Central Asia.
