“一带一路”战略下区域经济一体化研究——以关中—天水经济区为例

Research on the Regional Economic Integration under "The Belt and Road" Strategy—Taking Guanzhong-Tianshui Economic Zone as an Example

关中—天水经济区作为"一带一路"沿线的国家级经济开发区之一,占据着重要的地理区位,具有显著的经济战略价值。通过分析关中—天水经济区的合作基础及比较优势,研究了如何逐步推进区域行政和市场的一体化进程、加快构建关中—天水经济区城市群、积极扩大经济区的国内外影响力、改革现有的人才培养模式等一系列问题,以期探索出一条适合区域经济一体化发展的模式道路。

Guanzhong- Tianshui economic zone is one of the national economic development zones along the ＂the Belt and Road＂, which occupies important geographic location and owns remarkable economic and strategic values. Through the analysis of cooperation foundation in this economic zone and the comparison of its advantages, a series of problems have also been studied, including how to gradually promote the integration process of regional administrations and markets, speed up the construction of urban agglomeration in the Guanzhong -Tianshui economic zone, expand the domestic and international influence of economic zone active- ly, reform the existing personnel training mode and so on. The purpose of this study is to explore a mode suit- able for regional economic integration development.
