摘要
在阐述了钻井风险管理和黑板模型理论的基础上,给出了全过程钻井风险管理系统的工作流程,然后利用多级分层黑板模型构建了钻井风险管理系统的框架结构,以此实现对风险信息的分级分层处理,并有效地解决钻井过程中出现的一些复杂的、不确定性风险因素,进而达到对钻井风险的科学化管理。
Based on the explanation of drilling risk management and Blackboard Model Theory, the work- flow of the whole process drilling risk management system is given. Then multi - level and multi hierarchical blackboard model is applied to the frame structure construction of drilling risk management system, so as to re- alize multi -level and multi hierarchical treatment, effectively solve some complex and uncertain risk factors in the drilling process, and finally reach the goal of scientific management for drilling risks.
