道家无为理念视野下的和谐社会建设——以《吕氏春秋》为主要参照

Construction of Harmonious Society under the Vision of Taoism Inaction—With the Reference of Lv Shi Chun Qiu

分析了道家"无为"理念的发展、演变,提出用全面、发展的观点把握道家的"无为"理念。以积极的无为观为指导论述了和谐社会建设的重要方面:社会和谐的第一要务是"以百姓心为心";要处理好人与自然的关系,实现人与自然的良性互动;社会和谐的关键是君主以无为为本;社会和谐的执政原则是公平公正;要行德政,反对严刑峻法;以系统思维处理各种社会关系。揭示了以积极无为观指导和谐社会建设的意义。

Based on the analysis on the development and evolvement of Taoism inaction idea, it is pointed out that Taoism inaction should be understood from the perspective of integrated development. The paper dis- cusses some important aspects of harmonious society construction with the instruction of positive inaction idea. It is thought that the most important thing of society harmony is paying much attention to people＇s desire ;it is necessary to deal with the relationship between human and nature so as to realize the good interaction of them ; the key of society harmony is inaction oriented in the eyes of rulers ; the ruling principle of society harmony is fair and justice, implementing benevolent rule and being against severe law;it is better to deal with various so- cial relationships, with systemetic thought Finally, the paper reveals the significance of guiding the construction of society harmony by positive inaction thought.
