摘要
农产品冷链物流运作对一个国家或地区农产品竞争力具有至关重要的影响,农产品冷链物流发展滞后,限制了农业的进一步提高和升华。章丘市农产品产量丰富,然而冷链物流的落后导致农产品耗损浪费巨大。通过分析章丘市农产品冷链物流特点、现状及发展冷链物流的必要性,运用SWOT分析方法,探讨其发展对策及重大意义,并提出应对方案,重点实现物联网操作,把新技术用在繁杂的工作中,以促进高效,保证产品质量和食品安全,减少损耗,提升品牌竞争力,促进农民增收,从而提升农业经济的整体效益。
The agricuhural cold -chain logistics operation of a country or region has crucial influence agricultural competitive- ness ,agricultural products cold chain logistics development lags behind, limits the further increase of agriculture and sublimation. Zhangqiu rich in agricultural output, but the cold -chain logistics lag behind in farm waste huge wastage. Through analyzing the characteristics of the zhangqiu agricultural cold - chain logistics, present situation and the necessity of the development of cold - chain Logistics ,using SWOT analysis method, discusses the development countermeasures and significance, to ensure product quali- ty and food safety,and reduce the loss,enhance the brand competitiveness ,promote the fanners＇income,thus enhance the overall ef- ficiency of the agricultural economy.
