摘要
针对鄂北气田储层物性差,"3低2高"的特点,水平井已成为提高油气勘探开发综合效益的重要途径。目前鄂北气田水平井主要采用裸眼封隔器分段压裂与完井一体化工艺和水力喷射定点分段压裂工艺,通过分析这两种工艺的应用情况可知,裸眼封隔器分段压裂施工中不能有效地控制裂缝的起裂点以及验证裸眼封隔器坐封,而水力喷射受喷嘴质量的影响,压裂规模受限制。解决这些问题,可采用连续油管带底封分段压裂技术。该技术可确保在较短时间内各层段的有效改造,避免裸眼封隔器、水力喷射工艺的工具管串问题、砂堵难解决等作业风险。
Horizontal wells have become the important channel for increasing comprehensive benefits of oil and gas exploration and development in gasfield of north Hubei with poor reservoir physical property. There two fracturing technologies are used for horizontal wells. They are integrated technology of open hole packer staged fracturing and well completion and technology of waterjet fixed--point staged fracturing. The first technology is not able to effec- tively control crack initiation point and verify open hole packer setting while the second one is limited in fracturing size because water jet is influenced by the nozzle quality. The application of coiled tubing undersealing staged fractu- ring technology can solve these problems. It ensures effective renewal of each interval in a shorter time and avoids sand plug and other operation risks.
