新时期员工队伍的思想政治工作是一项复杂细致的工作。作为政工干部必须放下身段,做好基础工作。通过调研的形式,摸清员工队伍的思想动态,认真分析产生问题的内因和外因,从中寻找解决问题的办法,提出合理化的建议和对策,为本单位的改革、发展、稳定提供智力支持,助推企业奋力前行。

The staffs ideological and political work is complex and careful work under the new situation. As political cadres, they must go to the grassroots unit and complete the basic work. This paper investigates what the staffs are thinking by means of research method. It seriously analyzes internal and external causes of the problems and then finds out the solutions, followed by proper suggestions and countermeasures, providing intellectual support for the reform, development and stability of Agriculture and Forestry Department.
