油公司体制机制下基层工会工作的思考

On Grassroots Trade Union Work in Oil Company System

面对油公司体制下新的运行机制,基层工会应进一步处理好"核心"、"中心"与"人心"的关系,为本职工作定好"坐标";应进一步处理好职代会与支委会、行政会的关系,把强化工作职能落到实处;应进一步处理好"兼职"与"专责"的关系,不断地提升自身素质。正确处理好这三个关系,方能把基层工会工作做好做实。

In the face of the new operation mechanism in the oil company system, grassroots trade unions should deal better with three relations, that is, relationship between the work core and public feeling to find a correct position for its own work, relationship between workers＂ congress and Party branch meeting or executive council to put work functions into practice and relationship between part--time job and specific responsibility to constantly improve its own quality. In this way, can the trade union work be done well.
