员工帮助计划(EAP)在外出施工项目部的运用

摘要 独特的外出施工项目部工作组织形式,形成了独特的员工群体及其独特的心理和行为特征,在一定程度上影响了员工个人幸福、企业安全生产、社会和谐稳定,需要参考国内外企业成功的做法,将EAP改进成思想政治工作的工具,并重点解决"人人参与、人人享有"的企业文化氛围、以工会为主体的全面帮扶体系、配套"人、财、物、法"四个方面的基本条件等三个核心问题,有效推动EAP在外出施工项目部落地。 Unique external project organizational form creates unique employee group with unique psychological and behavioral characteristics, which, to some extent, has the impact on employeeg personal happiness, enterpriseg safe production and social harmony and stability. It is essential to transform EAP into the tool for ideological and political work based on successful practice of enterprise at home and abroad and focus on creating an enterprise cultural at- mosphere of "everyone involving in it and everyone sharing it", establishing a comprehensive assisting system with the labor union as a main body and matching four basic conditions including manpower, financial resources, material resources and law to effectively implement EAP in external project department.
