Trans-interfascial plane surgery associated with laparoscopic radical cystectomy

膀胱癌是男性泌尿系统最常见的恶性肿瘤之一。根治性膀胱全切术是治愈肌层浸润型膀胱癌最有效的方法之一。随着外科技术的进步,腹腔镜和机器人辅助的腹腔镜根治性膀胱全切已经很大程度上取代了传统的开放性手术。我们结合自身17年层面外科的研究结果与临床实践,将腹腔镜根治性膀胱全切步骤和方法加以创新和规范化。本文将主要围绕泌尿系统筋膜层面解剖、根治性膀胱切除术相关的筋膜层面解剖学与层面外科技术三方面系统地介绍层面外科腹腔镜膀胱根治性切除术的手术步骤及技术要点。

Bladder cancer is one of the most common malignant urinary tumors in males. Radical cystectomy is the standard treatment for muscle-invasive bladder cancer. With the development of surgical technology, laparoscopic or robotic-assistant radical cystectomy has replaced the traditional open surgery. Based on the long-term studies and clinical experience in the past 17 years, we have modified and improved the procedure and methods of laparoscopic radical cystectomy. In this article, we will systematically introduce the detailed operating procedure and key points of trans-interfascial plane surgery associated with laparoscopic radical cystectomy, including the anatomy of urinary fascia, its fascia anatomy and trans-interfascial plane surgical technique.
