吗啡穴位注射治疗骨转移癌痛的临床研究

Clinical observation on treating pain of bone metastasis by Morphine acupoint injection

目的观察吗啡穴位注射治疗骨转移癌痛的临床疗效。方法将96例患者随机分为2组,治疗组8例予吗啡穴位注射,对照组48例予吗啡肌肉注射。结果 2组NRS评分改善及VRS分级改善比较差异有显著统计学意义(P<0.01),治疗组优于对照组;2组主要疗效评价比较有显著统计学差异(P<0.01);2组吗啡注射液总用量比较,差异有显著统计学意义(P<0.01),治疗组用量小于对照组;2组睡眠时间比较,差异有显著统计学意义(P<0.01),治疗组睡眠时间多于对照组;2组爆发痛频次比较,尚不能证明差异有统计学意义(P>0.05);2组疼痛缓解起效时间比较,差异有显著统计学意义(P<0.01),治疗组快于对照组;2组疼痛缓解持续时间比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗组长于对照组。结论吗啡穴位注射治疗骨转移癌痛有较好的临床疗效,起效快、作用维持时间长。

Objective To observe the clinical curative effect ofacupoint injection of morphine in the treatment on pain of bone metastatic. Methods 96 cases were randomly divided into 2 groups, 48 cases were given to the treatment group;48 cases were given to the control group. Results Compare the improvement of 2 groups of NRS and VRS,the two groups had significant statistical difference （P〈0.01）,the treatment group is better than the control group; comparison of two groups of clinical total curative effect, the two groups had significant statistical difference （P〈0.01）; compare the total amount of morphine injection of 2 groups,the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.01）,the amount of the treatment group was less than that of the control group; The comparation of the 2 groups of sleep time has a statistically significant difference （P〈0.01） ,the sleep time of the treatment group is better than that of the control group; when it comes to the 2 groups of breakthrough pain frequency, there is no proof that the difference was statistically significant （P〉0.05）;when it comes to the 2 groups onset time of pain stop, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.01）.The treatment group is better than the control group;When it comes to the pain duration of 2 groups,the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）,the treatment group is better than the control group. Conclusion Morphine acupoint injection in the treatment of bone metastasis has good clinical curative effect,rapid effection on pain stop,long maintenance time effection on pain duration.
