中药洗剂结合体外冲击波治疗跟腱炎的临床研究

Clinical study of extracorporeal shock wave therapy combined with traditional Chinese medicine lotion with tendinitis

目的研究中药洗剂结合体外冲击波对跟腱炎的治疗效果。方法收集2015年3月—2016年3月在我科门诊接受治疗的跟腱炎患者共60例,随机分为治疗组和对照组。治疗组采用中药洗剂(关节扭挫伤洗剂)结合体外冲击波方法进行治疗,对照组仅使用体外冲击波方法治疗,2组疗程相同。记录2组患者治疗前、治疗后1周、治疗后2周、疗程结束时的VAS评分,对不同时间点的评分进行组内、组间比较。比较2组临床治疗效果。结果治疗组和对照组在疗程结束时VAS评分均明显低于治疗前(P<0.05);治疗前2组的VAS评分无显著差异(P>0.05),在治疗后1周、治疗后2周、疗程结束时的VAS评分,治疗组均明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗组总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论使用关节扭挫伤洗剂结合体外冲击波治疗跟腱炎的疗效显著,能够较快缓解疼痛症状。

Objective To study the traditional Chinese medicine lotion combined with extracorporeal shock wave therapy of Achilles tendinitis. Methods From March 2015 to March 2016 treated in our department with tendinitis patients with a total of 60 cases were studied by a non participating researchers using the random grouping method of remainder grouping, divided into treatment group and control group, 30 cases in each.The treatment group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine lotion （joint contusion lotion） combined with extraeorporeal shock wave method,while the control group was treated with extracorporeal shock wave therapy.Two groups received the same course of treatment. And recorded the two groups of patients before treatment, after treatment for 1 weeks, after treatment for 2 weeks, at the end of the treatment period VAS score, and the scores of different time points in group, group comparison. Calculate the total effective rate of two groups of patients at the end of treatment, and statistical analysis. Results （1）the comparison group, treatment group and control group at the end of the treatment period VAS scores were significantly lower than before treatment （P〈0.05）;comparison between groups, there was no significant difference between the two groups before treatment VAS score （P〉0.05）,in 1 weeks after treatment and 2 weeks after treatment,the VAS score at the end of treatment,the treatment group were significantly lower than the control group （P〈0.05）. （2）The total effective rate of treatment group and control group were 96.67% （29/30） and 76.67% （23/30） ,respectively. The former was significantly higher than the latter （P〈0.05）.Conclusion The curative effect of using joint sprain lotion combined with extracorporeal shock wave treatment of Achilles tendinitis significantly, can quickly relieve pain.
