心理护理及个体化分层次护理对提高妇科肿瘤患者性生活质量的影响观察

Influence of psychological nursing and duty-based position and graduation nursing method on the quality of sexual life in gynecologic cancer patients

目的探讨心理护理及人性化分层次护理对提高妇科肿瘤患者性生活质量的影响。方法选择来我院化疗的妇科恶性肿瘤患者96例为研究对象,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组48例。观察组在常规化疗后护理的同时给予心理护理及个体化分层次护理,对照组只采用常规化疗后护理。采用国际女性性功能评估量表(BISF-W)进行问卷调查,对2组患者进行性生活质量测量和评价,比较治疗前后2组患者性生活质量,并分析其影响因素。结果 2组患者治疗后的性生活质量较治疗前都有显著增加,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者性生活频率及性生活的满意度均高于对照组,护理后与对照组比较有显著差异(P<0.05)。结论妇科恶性肿瘤患者化疗后实施系统的心理护理及个体化的分层次护理能提高患者的性生活质量,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To explore the effect of psychological nursing and duty-based position and graduation nursing method on the quality of sexual life in gynecologic cancer patients undergoing chemotherapy so as to improve their quality of life. Methods 96 cases of gynecologic cancer patients in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into two groups：observation group and control group,48 patients in each group. The observation group using normal chemotherapy and nursing,at the same time given psychological and duty-based position and graduation nursing,the control group using normal chemotherapy and nursing. The brief index of sexual function for women and BISF-W were used for a questionnaire survey,then to compare the quality of sexual life of patients between both groups before and after treatment and to analyze the influencing factors.Results Postoperative quality of sexual life of patients in childbearing age was decreased significantly than that before the treatment（P〈0.05）.age, educational level, marital status, clinical stage and s pouse＇s attitude were the main factors of affecting the postoperative quality of sexual life of cervical cancer patients （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Application of psychological nursing and duty-based position and graduation nursing method can help to increase the quality of sexual life in patients with gynecologic cancers.
