健康教育护理干预对老年鼻出血疗效的影响分析

The effect of health education and nursing intervention on the treatment of elderly patients with nasal bleeding

目的观察健康教育护理干预对老年鼻出血疗效的影响。方法选取老年鼻出血患者120例,按照就诊序号的奇偶数分为对照组和治疗组,每组60例。对照组患者行病情观察、止血护理、用药护理和鼻腔局部护理等常规护理,治疗组在对照组的基础上给予全程健康教育护理干预,对2组治疗护理满意程度、护理质量进行评价。结果治疗组患者的治疗护理满意率、护理质量均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论健康教育护理干预在老年鼻出血治疗中至关重要,可以明显减轻或消除患者及家人的紧张和恐惧心理,赢得信任,使其与医护紧密配合,减少和避免并发症的发生,提高治疗效果。

Objective To observe the effect of health education and nursing intervention on the treatment of elderly patients with nasal bleeding.Methods 120 cases of elderly patients with nasal bleeding were selected and divided into the control group and the treatment group according to the odd even number of the visiting numbers, 60 cases in each group. The control group：the nurse to the patient＇s condition observation,the hemostasis nursing,medication nursing and the nasal cavity local nursing and so on the routine nursing. Treatment group in the control group, based on the nursing care of patients in patients with health education and nursing intervention, after January follow-up to the treatment of nursing satisfaction, quality of care. Results The treatment group patients＇ satisfaction rate of nursing care, quality of care were higher than that of the control group （P〈0.05）.Conclusion Health education and nursing intervention is very important in the treatment of elderly patients with nasal bleeding. Health education and nursing intervention in the treatment process, can significantly reduce or eliminate patients and families of nervousness and fear, to win the trust and let it work closely with medical care, improve the success rate of treatment, reduce and avoid the occurrence of complications, improve the patient＇s therapeutic effect.
