摘要
目的探讨人文关怀在高龄患者经尿道前列腺电切除手术护理中的应用效果。方法回顾性分析20例高龄经尿道前列腺电切除手术患者围术期实施人文关怀护理的效果。结果患者均手术顺利,未发生TUR综合征、出血等现象。患者对护理工作的满意度达到100%。结论对高龄经尿道前列腺电切除手术患者实施人文关怀护理,可提高患者对治疗的信心,使其手术成功率及满意度增加,进而提高了患者的生活质量。
Objective To discuss the application effect of humanistic concern used in TURP which is performed on elderly patients,Methods Retrospective analysis of humanistic concern nursing process of preoperation, intraoperation and postoperation while 20 elderly patients are receiving TURP. Results TURP is successfully performed on the 20 elderly patients. There are no such phenomena happening as TUR Syndrome or hemorrhage.The patients are totally satisfied with nursing service. Conclusion The elderly patients are provided with humanistic concern nursing while they are receiving TURP.Therefore,patients have more confidence in the treatment,and they become more satisfied with nursing service. Also, success rate of surgery gets improved and quality of patients, life has been improved.
