摘要
为降低高碳硬线钢氮氧和夹杂物含量,提高拉拔成材率,实行了精炼、连铸过程控氮氧措施,措施实施后使线材成品全氧含量平均下降了9 ppm,氮含量下降7 ppm。夹杂物的级别和数量均有所减少,分布状态由聚集向弥散转变。
In order to reduce the nitrogen and inclusion content in high carbon hard wire steel and raise success rate in drawing process .Improvement approach of contorlling nitrogen and inclusion has been implemented in refining, continuous casting process. After improvement total Oxygen in wire rod is reduced to 30 ppm,the content of nitrogen is reduced to 7 ppm, the measurement and quantity of inclusion is also declined. Inclusions cluster in gathered distribution is translated to diffuse state.
