摘要
教学秩序是高校教学工作的基础。学校教学秩序管理制度的落地,归根结底在于基层教学组织的实践。研究型高校教师科研任务繁重,很有必要探索一套适宜于基层教学组织的可操作的工作机制。课题组基于基层教学组织视角,借鉴PDCA循环基本理论,分析基层组织教学工作开展中存在的关键问题及其原因,采取教学团队建设等措施,积极实施,8年实践取得显著效果。
To maintain teaching order is the foundationofroutineteaching in universities. Theimplementation of management system of teaching order is based on the practice of basic teaching organizations. It is necessary to explorepracticalteaching mechanism suitable for basic teaching organizations,especially in research universities because the faculty in those universities has much workload of research. From the viewof basic teaching organizations,based on the theories of PDCA cycle,we identified the key problems in teaching and analysed the reasons,tookmeasuresofestablishing teaching teams,and achieved significant effect duringimplementation in eightyears.
